Is your managed print environment optimized?

Is your print environment starting to move more towards the desired state in MPS? There are many benefits to having optimized print output including reduced costs, increased productivity and increased performance, but it is important to continue to evaluate and improve.
I recently read an article that outlines the “best practice” for MPS and overall print performance. The desired outcomes are a 12:1 device to user ratio and 500 pages per month per user. The article mentioned that the average user across all industries prints about 1,100 pages per month. By optimizing your print fleet and re-evaluating the goal is to get as close as possible to the desired state. How close is your organization?
