Every year, we choose a unifying theme that sets the tone for how we grow, together. It’s our compass, our rallying cry, and a reminder of what matters most. Each theme reflects the heart of Applied Chemistry and challenges us to bring our best selves to every interaction, project, and partnership.

Our annual theme gives every Innovator, from Grand Rapids to Tampa, a common focus and a shared purpose. It helps us stay aligned, motivated, and intentional about how we serve our customers, support one another, and lead with heart.

For 2026, we chose the theme Lead because leadership lives in everyone. It’s in the way we show up for each other, treat people with kindness and respect, and deliver fast, friendly, and amazing service.
