After your purchase and agreement are finalized with your sales representative, our Delivery team will coordinate a day and time for delivery of your devices. On installation day, you will be notified by phone of the ETA. Our Delivery team works in partnership with our Connectivity team to transfer information from old machines, input IP information, install software, test print/scan/fax functions, and install print drivers on computers. When installation is complete and successful your new device(s) will be ready to use.
