Donna has been with Applied Innovation for 5 years, holding several roles. She started in the Customer Loyalty Center and now is the Sales & Operations Support Administrator. If you come to Applied Innovation’s Grand Rapids Headquarters, you can see Donna’s bright and smiley face welcoming you as you come in. Donna does so much to take care of us at Applied Imaging, including: organizing and managing our internal company informational meetings, assisting in events at any of our locations, office supply management, and much more! If you ask Donna how she is, on any given day, she will respond with the largest smile and say, “Living the Dream!” Coming to the office is such a joy when you get the chance to speak with Donna.
