Applied Innovation’s Dan Donnelly Named 2026 ENX Magazine Difference Maker

Grand Rapids, MI (July 21, 2026) – Affinity Business Communications, publisher of ENX Magazine and ENX The Week in Imaging, announced that Dan Donnelly, Vice President of Service at Applied Innovation, has been named a 2026 Difference Maker.

Now in its twelfth year, the Difference Maker recognition program honors leaders from across the office technology industry who go above and beyond in advancing their organizations, inspiring their teams, and delivering exceptional value to customers.

“Dan exemplifies what it means to lead through service at Applied,” said Casey Lowery, President of Applied Innovation. “His commitment to our core value of service, both to our customers and to each other, shows up in the way he builds high-performing teams and consistently elevates the customer experience. Dan understands that while any company can sell a copier, it’s exceptional service and support that truly sets us apart as a partner. His leadership reflects our purpose every day: a passion for service, for people, for business.”

Since joining Applied Innovation in 2012, Donnelly has helped shape the company’s service strategy and operational excellence. Now serving as Vice President of Service, he leads Applied’s service organization with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences while building scalable, efficient operations. By aligning technology, people, and processes, he has strengthened the company’s service capabilities and helped earn industry recognition, including the 2026 Ricoh ProVision Dealer Partner and Production ProDealer distinctions.
