Moving forward, the company will switch to the Applied Imaging brand and operate under our management team.
Customers of Upstream Office Solutions will benefit from having access to more world-class manufacturers and additional services such as managed IT services, secure document shredding, facilities management, document management hardware and software and much more. For us at Applied Imaging, the acquisition signifies geographic growth and opportunity outside of our current locations throughout the State of Michigan and Northern Ohio.
