Description of Position:
You will perform on-site repairs of printers and copiers, provide exceptional customer service, and become an intricate component to our service team environment. You will be supplied with a company vehicle, laptop, all necessary tools, phone plan options, and local job training. Your schedule will be 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing Copiers and Printers
- Managing a vehicle parts inventory for equipment you service
- Coordinating and scheduling repairs with clients
- Performing preventative maintenance on Copiers and Printers
