Applied Innovation is looking to hire a dependable, detailed oriented person to fill a full-time opportunity in our Customer Loyalty Center. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be client focused, and demonstrate experience with computers and various software programs.
Candidate will be responsible for answering phones, entering service and network related calls into our computer system, process supply orders and manage call loads for service techs to ensure best response time.
